SendJim started as two window cleaners from Michigan with a dream to help small local businesses. Today SendJim has thousands of active customers and continues to develop cutting edge technology to make marketing your business easier than ever.

Meet Our Founders and CEO

SendJim isn't your run of the mill marketing or tech company. You know, the ones that have "experts" telling you how to run your business, but have never actually been in the trenches of a small local business likes yours. Our leadership team was founded by and is currently led by successful service business owners.

Daniel Dixon
CEO of SendJim
Daniel became the CEO of ServiceMoxie in May 2019. Prior to becoming the leader of Service Moxie, Daniel served as a military officer in the United States Air Force and worked in corporate America as a business consultant for a nationally recognized consulting firm. Since leaving corporate America, Daniel has founded, bought, and sold multiple businesses and currently owns two seven figure service businesses and is the leader of SendJim.
Josh Latimer
Co-Founder
Josh started his window washing business with nothing. He grew it to over $150,000 a month in revenue, sold it and moved to Costa Rica with his family. After some time away, Josh decided to co-found Service Moxie with his former business partner Chris. Since then, Josh has become a serial entrepreneur starting a number of businesses as well as hosting the Growth Vault Podcast, a podcast which has focused on helping entrepreneurs grow their local businesses and has generated millions of downloads.
Chris Philips
Co-Founder
Prior to that, he co-owned a very successful pressure washing and cleaning company with Josh, Birds Beware Window Cleaning and Pressure Washing that he and Josh sold in 2015 to a national buyer. Chris is incredibly passionate about the service industry and helping entrepreneurs within that sector launch and grow their own successful businesses. Chris fully understands the importance of serving at a high level and providing incredible value. As a small business coach, he helps and encourages other business owners through their entrepreneurial journeys.
