SMS Messaging Terms & Consent
SendJim sends text messages on behalf of the home-services businesses that use our platform. This page explains what we send, how consent is obtained, and how to stop.
Who sends, and what. Messages are sent by SendJim on behalf of our business customers (roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and other home-services contractors). The primary message type is a one-time review request sent after you complete a service with one of these businesses, inviting you to leave a review. Each message identifies the business you did work with.
How you receive these. You receive a message because you completed a service with a business that uses SendJim and provided your phone number in the course of that transaction. At the point of service you are informed you may receive a follow-up text.
Frequency. Message frequency is limited — typically one review request per completed job.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out & help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@sendjim.com.
Privacy. Your mobile phone number and consent are used only to send these messages and are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
